The Red Zombie comes when you run out of food and your hunger bar goes to around 20.
He will stand and wait around to be served like any other zombie. If you serve him food, he'll eat and leave like them too. If you fail to feed him food, he will attack your waiters, turn them into zombies, and you will need to cure them by paying a certain amount of coins.
He'll never be added to your album.
